APP establishes document governance, workflows and Common Data Environment processes across design, construction and handover.
We manage review and approval workflows, transmittals, correspondence, metadata, audit trails and controlled project records so that teams can identify the current and authorized information.
BIM Management & Digital Delivery
APP defines and manages the requirements, responsibilities and processes governing BIM and digital delivery.
Our role may include information requirements, BIM execution planning, model coordination, assurance, common data structures and alignment between models, programme information and project workflows.
Asset Information & Lifecycle Data Management
APP establishes the structures and validation processes required to transform project information into reliable asset and facility data.
We coordinate asset registers, equipment information, classification, models, documents, commissioning records and handover requirements so that information is complete, traceable and ready for operational use.
Project Reporting & Management Information
Project reporting operates across our project management, project controls and PMO appointments.
APP establishes reporting requirements, data ownership, reporting calendars, validation controls and management information outputs. Schedule, cost, risk, change, procurement and progress information are consolidated into a consistent project or portfolio view.
